Plastic processing – masterbatch
Use cases:
- Suitable for use in production applications where temperatures reach up to 220 °C
- Products 2120-50-3 and 2110-50-3 in silver are the most widely used paints for achieving metallic effects on household appliances – for example on coffee machine covers, mobile phone covers, sporting goods as well as engine covers in the automotive industry.
- Glitters marked 2120-58-3 and 2110-58-3 in black create a granite effect on plastic mouldings.



Benefits:
- high gloss and shimmer
- clay glitters can withstand higher temperatures up to 220°C
- aluminium glitters are supplied with a foil thickness of approx. 13 microns, which is half the thickness of the standard foil = lower consumption
- Grade I glitters are most commonly used in the production of bodywork, as they have a higher resistance to various solvents and adhesives.
- UV resistant, which is verified by the manufacturer through long-term testing
