Type A 92.0
SiLibeads® beads A 92.0 made of aluminum oxide are ideal for wet grinding and processing very hard products, e.g., in the field of paints, ceramic printing inks, and glazes. Besides the main component Al2O3, these beads contain SiO2. This means they are very resistant during grinding as milling beads. The advantage is the very small bead size < 0.5 mm with a narrow size distribution.
Type A 99.3
SiLibeads® beads A 99.3 made of aluminum oxide are high-purity ceramic beads with Al2O3 > 99% and secondary components < 0.7%. These beads are ideal for preparation and wet grinding of high-quality raw materials based on aluminum oxide, e.g., technical components, coatings, high-quality paints, and inks. A major advantage is the availability of very small beads up to 0.2 mm.

In the mining and mineral industry, all the above types of ceramic beads are suitable for grinding minerals and precious metals.
